PaperArts.Com ships via UPS and USPS, which allows us to track your packages.
- In stock papers usually ship within 2 working days from receiving your order.
- When purchasing just swatches, shipping is free via US Mail.

Packages to Alaska, Hawaii, PR and VI are shipped via USPS Insured.
- Rush delivery for next day, 2 day or 3 day orders, have increased shipping charges. Just submit your order and we will reach you shortly with UPS rates to your location.

If you require a Rush order to be shipped the same day it is placed, it must received by 12 noon Mountain Time and we will do our very best to help you, if the paper is in stock.
- Let us know in the "Special Instructions Box" if you live in a remote location or on a military base, as it may change shipping rates & delivery times.

Your package is automatically insured against loss or damage up to $100.00
COD ORDERS:
We are unable to accept COD orders at this time.
PACKAGING:
To help everything arrive safely, we roll your paper around a tube. The tube is then wrapped in kraft paper and the ends are banded with corrugated so your paper roll does not get crushed or bang around in the box.
We've developed this special packing style not only because it provides the best protection, but also because the packing materials can be recycled. We encourage you to save and reuse our packing material or call 1.800.828.2214 for the nearest Collection Site near you...
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
All orders are packed with great care, if a box is damaged please contact us right away. You must retain the shipping box and all packing materials for inspection. We will call you to discuss the damage and file a formal claim for your replacement. After the UPS or USPS inspection, a duplicate order will be shipped out as soon.
