Do you still have a retail store I can visit while in the Phoenix area?
We closed our brick and mortar retail location in favor of this web site. What started in 1996 has developed into this on-line resource for paper enthusiasts.
Where are you?
Our warehouse is now located in Gold Canyon, Arizona. This is a small community about thirty five miles east of Scottsdale with one grocery store, three stop lights and no post office. We are tucked between the Superstition Mountain range and Dinosaur Mountain in a natural desert environment.
Is there really no minimum order?
Yes. We understand you may only need a few things at a time and want you to order just what you really need.
How can I tell what the paper feels like?
We have individual 3 x 6 inch swatches of all our in stock papers available. Each swatch is labeled with the papers name, color and code number.
Our thumbnail images give a general idea of color and texture. We are all operating on different monitors and the colors you see may differ from the actual paper. Paper swatches are great tool for color matching and testing. Swatch prices are listed above the full sheet price in the Product Menu.
Due to the unique nature of decorative papers, some color variations may occur between sheets and swatches from batch to batch. The amount of inclusions may change, slight irregularities just happen and in no way should be considered a defect or flaw. They are characteristic of the beauty and texture of handmade papers.
Can I get a swatch book with all your papers?
Swatches are sold individually, so you can pick just the color and weight of each paper you are interested in. There is no limit to the number of swatches you can order.
Can you send me a catalog?
Due to the high cost of color printing, this web site is our catalog.

What does "GSM" stand for?
The Gram weight of a Square Meter of each paper. The higher the gsm number is the thicker the paper. Note the word translucent under the thin papers, this will visually help you compare the weight and thickness. The more you can read the word translucent, the thinner the paper.
How do you pack the paper?
Your paper is rolled on a tube, wrapped in kraft paper and the ends may be banded with tape or corrugated so your paper roll does not get crushed or bang around in the shipping box.
Who packs the paper?
To insure accuracy and top quality service, your order is filled by someone who understands how to handle and use art papers.
Are gift certificates available?
Yes. That special gift for the person who has everything & they can choose exactly what they want. Our personalized "Gift Certificates" are available in any increment. Just order online and we will be glad to help you with a Birthday, Anniversary or Just Because...

What about wholesale?
At this time we do not sell wholesale. However if you note the types of paper we stock, compare the sheet sizes and check out the weight, you'll find we offer quality paper art supplies at a great value.
Do you have a phone?
Yes. You can reach us in Arizona at 480.703.7030. We will be available for your calls from 9:00am to 3:00pm Monday thru Friday Mountain Time. If we miss your call due to being on other line, please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible. Arizona does not participate in daylight savings time, check out the best time for your zone. East 11:00 noon to 5:00pm - Central 10:00am to 4:00pm - Mountain 9:00am to 3:00pm - Pacific 9:00am to 2:00pm.

When should I order paper for a big event?
We have found that most large projects require a special order. We suggest you place your order 3 weeks before you need to start cutting. Check out our online "Invitation Guide" to help with ideas and how to do the math...
